**Job description**:
The business development manager position responsible for managing sales activities includes but is not limited to organizing, developing, and leading a team of field professionals to achieve sales objectives.

This position will work closely with the Senior Director to identify, build and maintain relationships with potential customers/decision makers.

**Job Duty**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and expand market share.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Coach and develop sales representatives.
- Evaluate the activities and effectiveness of sales representatives consistently and performance management cycle and process as mandated.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales preferably in the digital marketing or related industry.
- Prior experience leading and coaching a team of career-level professionals.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for making a positive impact in the community.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
- Language: English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
