Join our team and become a key member of the education industry We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Course Advisor** to focus on extracurricular tutoring programs and competition courses in Canada. - Provide expert advice and guidance to students and parents on available tutoring programs and academic competition courses (e.g., math competitions, science competitions).
- Assist students in selecting the best courses based on their academic goals and interests.
- Communicate regularly with parents and students, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their educational journey.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new students, manage and maintain prospect data, and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest education trends and help develop new tutoring and competition course offerings.
- Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and program organizers to support students’ participation in courses and competitions.
- Achieve set monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least one year of relevant experience in the education or tutoring industry.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar with the Ontario curriculum (OSSD/AP/IB) system; experience with competition coaching or admission planning is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide tailored advice based on client needs.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Insight into the education market, with a proactive approach to promoting educational programs.

**任职资格：**
- 本科或以上学历。
- 至少一年相关工作经验，具备补习机构、竞赛培训机构销售经验优先。
- 精通中文，具备优秀的销售和书面沟通能力。
- 熟悉标准化考试和竞赛体系（SSAT, SAT, AP, AMC, 滑铁卢竞赛），具有相关课程或竞赛项目经验者优先。
- 具备较强的客户服务意识，能够根据客户需求提供定制化解决方案。
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力、公关能力、应变能力及谈判技巧。
- 对教育市场有敏锐的洞察力，能够有效推广教育产品和课程。
