**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Oversight:

- Oversee and manage all cleaning service projects locally in Canada
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Operational Management:

- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Analyze operational performance data and prepare reports on key metrics.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cleaning staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
