**Compliance Coordinator**

Reports To: Operations Manager

Compliance Coordinators work within an environment where homeowners, have experienced stressful events, such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. Compliance Coordinators also work along side property managers, tenants and insurance companies. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will work along side each Project Manager, and our Reconstruction Division to ensure targets, tasks and milestones are reached. Compliance Coordinators are empowered to hold tension to other team members within our organization to drive results. Perfect for Type ‘A’ personality. Everyone within Paul Davis needs to have a world-class work ethic, serious attention to detail and enjoy helping people in their time of need. We are looking for individuals who are results driven and can manage several moving parts at one time.

**Team Qualifications (Requirements)**:

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Highly Organized
- Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Excel
- Data Driven and Goal Oriented
- Clean criminal background check
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Must be able to adapt to change
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Construction industry experience is an asset, but not necessary
- Thrives under high stressful situations and works well under pressure

**Role on the Team (Responsibilities)**:

- KPI management
- Answer phones
- Enter new claims in our job management program
- Update work flows in various systems
- Assist with other departments when needed
- Monitor and Managing Compliance tasks
- Ensure Project Managers are compliant
- Track Stats
- Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Communicate with all in house departments, insurance companies and homeowners
