**INTRODUCTION**

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Specialist to grow and learn, and to be the person with whom our customers will appreciate and enjoy their daily interactions.

2.0 **BASIC FUNCTIONS**

Multi Instruments Inside Sales is responsible for day to day quotes and order handling, supporting the sales force by quoting parts and solutions, and shipping and reciving orders in a timely fashion.

3.0
- 2-3 Years industrial inside sales experience.
- Experience in piping codes and regulations would be an asset.
- Solid knowledge of oil, gas and petrochemical industries
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central would be an asset.
- Good Communication Skills, oral and written.
- Proficient in English Language, any other language skills would be a definite asset.

4.0 **REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS**

This position will report directly to the Canadian Managing Director and will work directly with the Dutch head office.

5.0 **AUTHORITY**

According to actual organization chart.

6.0 **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with customers to select optimal solutions for instrumentation manifolds, close couple assemblies and winterization to fit their specific requirements.
- Order processing in all stages from quote to delivery.
- Management of incoming and outgoing material
- Manage customer/factory correspondence for active orders and opportunities.
- Manage items database, coordinated with Multi Instrument Instrumentation (The Netherlands)
- Initiate customer warranty claims and credit requests as directed.

7.0 **ADDITIONAL DUTIES**
- Fully implement and actively promote respect for Health, Safety & Environmental standards and policies, as well as any other customer or external agency's regulatory requirements.
- Actively and visibly participate in business planning meetings.
- Maintenance and updates of customer interface documents including quotes, sales orders and invoices.

8.0 **MEASUREMENT OF PERFORMANCE**
- Annual Review against objectives

9.0 **HOURS OF WORK**
- Regular hours of work are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Monday to Friday
