**About the Role**:
Supporting locations across Canada, the **Operations Coordinator** performs a range of administrative and coordinating duties for in-field support. This is a shared-services position that can change by the day. The duties include day-to-day administration of product shipping, managing records and databases, loss prevention, reporting & analytics, and general store support as needed. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is based out of the ASI Retail Head Office in Mississauga. This role has a hybrid work model, allowing work from home but also will include occasional store visits in-field.

**What you’ll do**:

- Supports the Operations Manager with project assignments as required
- Handles field requests and escalations regarding retail store operations, inventory, uniforms, supplies and other areas
- Assists with ensuring shipping and inventory records are accurate, maintained and up to date
- Supports urgent evening and weekend support needs in an accurate and timely manner as required
- Assists with data analysis and reporting, including maintaining dashboards
- Manages Fixed Assets counts for all locations
- In-Store Audits and Loss Prevention
- Creation of SOP materials and Asset Protection protocols
- Field Visits as required
- Manages Vendor and Client relationships
- Assist with store renovations & new store openings as required

**Who we’re looking for**:

- 1-3 years experience in retail and/or multi-unit operations
- A college or university degree, preferably in business administration OR relevant experience in retail operations and/or retail management
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Software Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
- Shopify/E-Commerce experience an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and understands that business needs can change fast, willingness to learn and approaches new situations with a growth mindset
