Killam Apartment REIT (TSX:KMP.UN), is a growth-oriented real estate investment trust which owns, manages and develops multi-family residential properties in Atlantic Canada, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. Killam is focused on maximizing its value and long-term profitability through increasing earnings, expanding the portfolio through acquisitions, and developing high-quality properties in its core markets.

We are currently searching for a professional, organized and enthusiastic **Administrator** to support our Halifax Brewery Market team. This is a full-time, permanent role that will be based out of both the Brewery Market and our Corporate Office, in Halifax.

**What you will do**:

- Maintain files, produce correspondence, and monitor special projects;
- Issue purchase orders, create work orders, and close when complete;
- Liaise with contractors and other trades;
- Maintain key logs and access cards;
- Assist with preparing monthly reports;
- Maintain tenant courtyard bookings and assist with Killam building site events;
- Maintain tenant contact information and building memo correspondence;
- Prepare parking agreements and maintain parking data;
- Evening and weekend on-call responsibilities;
- Other administrative reports and duties as assigned.

**Who you are**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word & Excel;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset;
- Experience in the property management industry is considered an asset.
