**Job Summary**:
Reliance Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to manage the daily operations of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with and managing a team.
- Maintaining and optimizing the schedule for hygiene and doctors.
- Answering patient’s questions and addressing any concerns professionally.
- Communicating openly with dentist regularly.
- Oversee the management of inventory.
- Oversee office equipment and software maintaining direct contact with IT.
- Manage dental practice marketing.
- Support duties such as sterilization, office cleaning, etc.
- Manage updates to binders and communicate changes to team: ADA Standards, IPC, PIA, MDSD, Employee handbook, Office Duties, etc.
- Maintaining Auto Attendant to reflect holidays & office hour changes.
- Process accounts receivable and ensure payments are received in a timely manner from patients & insurance companies.
- Process accounts payable.
- Ensure annual inspections are completed (radiation, fire extinguishers, HVAC (bi-annual).
- Team performance reviews & on-going coaching.

**Dental Office Manager Requirements**:
**Excellent Communication, Organization, and Management Skills**

** Should have exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.**

** Must be friendly, professional, and highly organized.**
- A high school diploma or relevant certification is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of dental administration experience is a must.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
- Solid understanding of dental billing and insurance procedures.
- Previous dental experience is necessary.
- Experience with Dental Practice Management systems such as Dentrix.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
