**What We Are Looking For**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the coordination, planning, budgeting and fulfillment of firm events, sponsored events, webinars, interactive online programs and other marketing engagement initiatives
- Have a flexible and adaptable schedule to produce/execute event initiatives in various locations (following the pandemic)
- Able to configure and operate virtual event technology, with working knowledge of CRM systems and communications software
- Support the coordination of event proposals (e.g. timelines, vendor quotes and budget development)
- Support the responsible stakeholders in coordination of events
- Coordinate the development and production of event-related materials as needed
- Work collaboratively with the Director, Manager and Event Specialist to identify and develop new and innovative client events and opportunities
- Adapt to new and changing technologies such as phone/video conferencing and webinar technology
- Generally assist the Marketing Department in all of their efforts as required
- Produce the highest quality of work

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in event coordination (or similar role), preferably in a professional services environment
- Successful completion of a post-secondary education in Marketing or a related field
- Ability to be flexible with daily schedule and willingness to work overtime as necessary
- Ability to travel off-site
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Handle time pressure situations and stress of multiple demands

**Skills**:

- Desktop Publishing and Adobe design software experience an asset
- Experience with ON24, Zoom, Teams, Vuture and social media platforms
- Strong knowledge of a CRM system
- Resilient with project management capability
- Ability to problem solve
- Good judgement and decision making
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organized

- Detailed
