Contracts Manager

As a **Contracts Manager** at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role you will:
- Administer the tender process across multiple contracts from GCs to professional consultant appointments-
- Track and manage tender process steps including bidder prequalification, tender issue, queries and responses, tender submissions, and post-tender queries and negotiation.-
- Draft contracts and collate contract documentation-
- Oversee post-contract management, including providing contract administration advice to the client, claims tracking, and producing and processing contract change orders-
- Partner closely with the construction project management and cost management teams-
- Work with the commercial team to advise the client on contract awardWe would love to hear from you if you:
- Have strong research skills and an in-depth understanding of legal agreements-
- Have working experience with Ariba or similar tender management platforms-
- Have a working knowledge of local and international contract laws and corporate policies-
- Are a proven people leader-
- Have excellent negotiation, persuasion and judgment skills-
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing-
