As a **Time, Lead Implementation Specialist**, you will lead projects within and across our businesses by combining analytical and management skills to ensure their completion - on time, within scope, and within budget.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**: Responsibilities

**What you can expect on a typical day**:

- **Time & Attendance Implementation**: Implement and set up ADP's WFN methodology for clients, ensuring accurate and compliant Time system configurations.
- **Technical Expertise**: Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal team members on time configuration, analysis, and testing.
- **Training and Development**: Assist in designing and delivering training programs for clients and internal team members on WFN implementation methodology and Time system configurations.
- ** Project Support**: Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Identify and prioritize project tasks, allocate resources, and track progress against project milestones.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and escalate critical issues to senior leadership as necessary. Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential project disruptions.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Participate in quality control processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in payroll implementation projects.
- **Mentorship**: Assist in mentoring and supporting less tenured team members in their technical development.

**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**: Requirements
- 3-5 years of technical experience or relative field
- Effective communication: verbal and written skills in English
- Excellent client management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work mentor, be resourceful, and be a strong team player.
- Ability to organize, schedule, and facilitate effective meetings.
- Ability to multitask, probe, analyze, and problem solve.
- Detail oriented and ability to follow-through.
- Strong organization, time management and prioritizing skills.
