Implementation Specialist-Time and Attendance

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the quality implementation and set up of ADP’s Time & Labor solution to meet client and HR business requirements
- Analyze and understand the client’s time and labor needs in order to properly setup and configure the ADP’s data base
- Training ,Testing, and validation with the client before participating in the first ‘LIVE’ payroll processing run
- Managing various accounts from project initiation to close by supporting the client through all phases of the implementation
- Managing project risks and escalations to resolution
- Respecting project time lines

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Education
- Post-secondary education or related business experience
- PCP certification (an asset)

Knowledge, experience, and skills

Required:

- Strong work experience in programming, mapping, configuration, reporting tools
- Previous experience working directly with clients
- Effective communication: verbal and written skills
- Fully bilingual
- Excellent client management, inter personal, and Project Management skills
- Ability to work independently, resourceful, and be a strong team player
- Knowledge of Excel

Preferred:

- Project Management knowledge
- Prior implementation experience

RESPONSABILITÉS
- Assurer une mise en œuvre et une configuration de qualité de la solution de gestion des heures et des effectifs d’ADP en fonction des besoins du client et des activités des RH.
- Analyser et comprendre les besoins du client en matière de gestion des heures et des effectifs afin de configurer la base de données d’ADP de façon appropriée.
- Procéder à la formation du client, aux essais et à la validation avant de participer au premier traitement RÉEL de la paie.
- Gérer divers comptes, du lancement du projet jusqu’à sa conclusion, en assistant le client à toutes les étapes de la mise en œuvre.
- Gérer les risques liés aux projets et les recours hiérarchiques jusqu’à la résolution.
- Respecter les échéanciers des projets.

EXIGENCES

Scolarité
- Études postsecondaires ou expérience de travail équivalente
- Certification de l’Association canadienne de la paie (un atout)

Connaissances, expérience et compétences

Exigences:

- Expérience de travail marquée en programmation, en mappage et en configuration d’outils de rapport
- Expérience en interaction directe avec les clients
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Bilinguisme
- Excellentes aptitudes en matière de gestion de clients, de relations interpersonnelles et de gestion de projet
- Aptitude à l’autonomie et débrouillardise, assorties à la capacité d’être un excellent joueur d’équipe
- Connaissance d’Excel
