This role requires someone who thinks outside the box and employs creative tactics to generate interest and enthusiasm within the global partner network, encouraging them to represent and advocate for our SaaS solutions worldwide. You will have unwavering support from our Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success Management (CSM), and Product teams to expand our partner network across all lines of business (LoBs). Success in this role will be gauged by meeting annual sales quotas and establishing enduring partnerships.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Implement the global alliance and partnership program with the goal of increasing brand awareness and sales through partner network.
- Own the end-to-end process of building relationships (research, identify, contact) with the Big 4 as well as industry-specific partners and consulting firms.
- Accountable for driving business and achieving an annual sales target through strategic partnerships.
- Spearhead the implementation of sales and marketing strategies, analyzing trends, and sharing valuable insights with partners to establish a role as a 'trusted advisor'. Work with Marketing teams on both sides to build joint closed-loop demand generation plans (Partner Prospecting Days, CxO Roundtables, and joint events).
- Establish and monitor quarterly business objectives aimed at fostering strategic engagement with partners and tracking progress effectively.
- Evaluate partner’s industry reputation and identify transformative and incremental business opportunities. Support collaborative sales endeavors between Nakisa and partners to enhance value delivery and secure successful outcomes.
- Drive partner growth by implementing joint GTM plans that prioritize industries with the highest win rates. Ensure alignment of the Partner strategy with Nakisa’s value selling approach, emphasizing the establishment of long-term relationships across various touchpoints. Foster thought leadership by enhancing professional, industry, and technical expertise through attendance at educational workshops, review of professional publications, establishment of personal networks, and participation in professional societies. Replicate this approach within our partner ecosystem.
- Actively contribute to the team, leveraging creativity to assist in achieving collective goals.

**What you need to bring**:
Broad-based business and technology expertise with 7+ years in sales or 5+ years in either partner management or consulting working with global companies.
- University degree (MBA is a plus).
- Experience driving sales activities directly or through partner network.
- Proven track record of creating relationships and partnerships aiming to increase sales for b2b SaaS solutions.
- Committed to culture of positivity and high performance and you are not shy to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Great if you speak French, German, or Dutch as well).
- Ability to work with indirect reporting lines in highly matrixed environments.
- Able to transact with MD/Partner level across the global partnerships network.
