**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare a variety of sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Provide guidance and training to junior sushi chefs, as required
**Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry, preferably in a sushi or Japanese cuisine setting
- Proficient in various sushi techniques, including rolling, cutting, and presentation
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle raw fish safely
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in food quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Pay: $18.50-$24.50 per hour
