Are you a skilled and experienced sashimi chef with a passion for Japanese cuisine? Sanjo Sushi is looking for a talented individual to join our culinary team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sashimi chef
- Expertise in handling raw and whole fish, including tuna, salmon, and other varieties
- In-depth knowledge of sashimi preparation techniques
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

**Duties**:

- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Develop and create new menu items in line with current food trends and customer preferences
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency

**Skills**:

- Proficient in food safety practices and procedures
- Experience as a cook or chef in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food handling techniques and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality food service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in supervising kitchen operations
- Expertise in food preparation techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
