**Business Banking Manager - Edmonton**

**OUR VISION**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provides leadership and guidance to enhance sales conversations, leading to the expansion of relationships with new and existing members.
- Implements actions and processes to increase the efficiency of the business banking team, including timely completion of annual reviews.
- Builds relationships with existing clients and participates in business development networking to generate new business. May have business members assigned to this role, as required.
- Collaborates with the Credit Adjudicator to ensure loans comply with sound business practice, legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**:

- Demonstrates Christian character and the Christian Credit Union core values of humble, hungry and people smart with a desire to promote biblical financial stewardship.
- Strong working knowledge of the business banking products and services including business lending and adjudication; experience within the credit union system is an asset.
- Expert knowledge of the business banking practices, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- People-smart with strong coaching and mentoring skills. Flexible and able to lead self and support others through a constantly changing environment.
- Solutions orientated with strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Branches are located in Edmonton, Lethbridge and Calgary; occasional travel is required.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business banking experience.
- 3 - 5 years of Commercial lending experience; experience with syndicated lending is an asset.
- 1 - 3 years of leadership experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,914.00-$94,893.00 per year
