Client Services Coordinator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our products.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and regular check-ins.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking client interactions, managing accounts, and reporting on service metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly, working towards effective resolutions.
- Prepare reports on client feedback and service performance for internal review.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably within financial services or SaaS environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and market trends effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage timelines and deliverables efficiently.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $22.33-$27.93 per hour
