Project Administrator (Recent Graduate Students)

**Reports To**: VP of Construction
Are you a recent graduate with a degree in Construction Project Management? Are you looking to jumpstart your career in the construction industry? State Window Corporation is seeking a motivated Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within our company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in general operations of project and field teams, supporting multiple projects concurrently;
- Act as a liaison, communicating with external parties and assisting project managers in organized and coordinating all aspects of projects from start-up to close-out;
- All weekly/monthly meetings are scheduled and responsible for taking and issuing internal/external meeting minutes;
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients, architects, suppliers and subcontractors;
- Address contracts, scopes of work, change orders (CCOs), mock-ups and special designs with relevant departments;
- Ensure 100% close-out for all jobs with proper archiving;
- Ensure installers are being properly awarded jobs and contracts reviewed and signed;
- Manage VP of Construction’s calendar;
- Manage the administration and creation of all division dashboards; and
- Any other tasks assigned by the VP of Construction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction Management or Civil Engineering;
- 1+ years of experience (FT, Co-Op, Internships) in Construction Project Management and Execution Planning;
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with tact;
- Strong oral, listening, and written communication skills; and
- Experience with Procore or similar Project Management Software is an asset.
