We are looking for a Human Resources Clerk - Co-op at our Walker Head Office location.

The successful applicant will:

- Assist with the maintenance of both computerized and manual filing systems;
- Assist with updates to and posting on intranet of corporate human resources policies;
- Provide assistance with enrolments and updates to group benefits programs;
- Assist with various department needs as required;
- Be enrolled in a Business Administration (Human Resources) co-op program.
- Have exceptional communication/interpersonal skills.
- Work well independently, take initiative and be able to work as part of a team.
- Have superior organizational and time management skills.
- Be available to work 40 hours per week from April 29 to August 30, 2024;
- Minimal travel between workplaces will be required as such applicants must have access to own vehicle; French would be an asset

Experience with Excel, Word and Oracle would be a definite asset.
