Technical Support Specialist

- Resolving complaints from customers and helping troubleshoot technical challenges in collaboration with QA and QC teams.
- Review product feedback from customers for quality assurance.
- Provide technical input to SignalChem Biotech’s research team and support new product development.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM program.

Minimum requirements
- Master’s degree in Biology, Molecular Immunology, Biochemistry, or related Biological Science. Ph.D preferred.
- 5-8 years of hands-on wet lab experiments and various assay techniques preferred.
- Experience in recombinant protein expression and characterization.
- Strong analytical skills, and ability to use scientific principles for problem-solving.
- Maintain familiarity with current and emerging technologies through reading and understanding scientific and technical literature.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Previous customer support experience is an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
