Sales Consultant- Western Ontario

**Skill/Effort Requirements**
- Must have stone & tile industry knowledge
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role (a plus but not necessary for internal recruitment)
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have great presentation skills
- Able to relate effectively and professionally with clients and team members.
- Must be people oriented
- Must have entrepreneurial skills
- Must be results-oriented
- Must possess strong computer skills
- A college diploma or university degree in business, project management, interior design and architecture
**Responsibilities**
- Supporting customers by providing detailed information/specs on products
- Identify and build profitable long-term relationships with the architectural and design community
- Strategically planning, managing and participating in the complete sales cycle - prospecting, qualifying, presenting and closing on sales opportunities
- Strategically planning and developing new business opportunities by effectively networking with and developing new relationships with other professionals who will refer potential clients
- Creating and delivering design solution presentations
- Continually maintaining and building relationships with existing clients
- Estimating prospective opportunities for inclusion in formal quotations or tenders
- Providing post-sale customer service concerning deliveries, warranty or deficiency claims
- Any other tasks and functions required
