**PART-TIME Clinical Office Administrator (15 hours/week)**:
Bodyworks Registered Massage Therapy & Health Network is seeking a part-time office administrator on:
**Monday
- 2-8**

**Wednesday
- 1-5**

**Thursday
- 3-8**

(Needed September 2023.)

**Duties and responsibilities will include the following**:

- Greeting patients
- Checking in and cashing out clients
- Assisting in daily operations of business with respect to managing staff, overseeing the flow of patients, and upkeep of the clinical space.
- Filing and other clerical duties.
- Proficiency and efficiency in working with computer programs including (scheduling software, word, excel, canva, and instagram)
- experience working with people in a customer service setting
- Confidently with poise able to articulate and communicate with others both in person and on the phone.
