We are looking for an experienced Service Manager for our client located in Woodbridge. They are in the business of ice supplying.

**Responsibilities**:
**-* **Customer Service Management**:
1. Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.

2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

**-* **Operational Management**:
1. Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and productivity.

2. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service activities.

3. Ensure successful completion of service activities such as start-up and commissioning. Resolve technical issues and provide support to technicians as needed.

**-* **Financial Management**:
1. Prepare and manage the service department budget, including labor costs, parts inventory, and other expenses.

2. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.

3. Develop pricing strategies for services and parts.

**-* **Inventory and Resource Management**:
1. Manage parts and equipment inventory to ensure availability and minimize downtime.

2. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary parts and materials.

3. Optimize resource allocation to maximize service efficiency.

**-* **Continuous Improvement**:
1. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

2. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and advancements to enhance service offerings.

3. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the service team.

**-* **Team Management**:
1. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

2. Train, and supervise service staff, including technicians and support personnel

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a service management role, preferably in the refrigeration sector, machinery industry, energy sector, automative industry and relevant filed
- Knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of service operations, quality control, and financial management.
- Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Location**: Woodbridge

**Working Hours**: 9 am to 5 pm (Mon - Fri)

**Salary Range**:70-80k (depending upon experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
