Hospitality Manager

As a young and thriving real estate management company for over 10 years, Kasbastays specialized in boutique hotel featuring fully furnished accommodation for short and mid stay rentals. — from student housing to hotels and managing over 200 units in Downtown Montreal.

At Kasbastays you will:

- Be the first point of contact for all our guests
- Manage client’s registration by distance and in person
- Coordinate with our maintenance team issues on the ground and provide updates to guests
- Coordinate and follow with housekeeping for inventory checks
- Answer guest’s feedback

**REQUIREMENTS**:
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

- Troubleshoot resolving skills in positive and stressful way
- Good communication skills, both in person and by telephone
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule (35-50h /week and weekends)
- Available to work from home with a reliable internet
- Skills to learn and use multiple platforms and apps both on laptop and smartphone
- A minimum of 1 year experience hospitality or customer service

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Work Location: One location
