**Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance into best in class methodologies for talent acquisition
- Work with leadership teams to understand key business issues and develop appropriate staffing plans
- Proactively guide and coach hiring leaders through the hiring process and interview techniques
- Act as a liaison and project manager with approved third-party agencies and vendors who provide additional recruiting-related services to the organization
- Utilize recruitment technology to elevate success and speed of recruitment activities
- Report internal metrics, benchmark practices with industry standards and make recommendations to improve processes based on market trends
**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, human resources or other related field is preferred
- 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Professional services industry experience, with successful recruit of senior level professionals
- Understanding of recruitment technology and social media solutions
