**The Role**

The Resident Service Associate will be present on weekends, providing excellent customer service to all owners, residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors. Resident Service Associates are the face of the property and promote a sense of community.

**Essential job functions**:

- Welcome resident guests, opening doors for residents and guests, answering property phone line, assisting with package pickup, addressing resident inquiries and concerns, updating communication logs on resident portal, manage general security (i.e.: loitering), etc.
- Provide resources and create an open and welcoming environment for our residents, customers, vendors and neighbors.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure that communication between residents and community representatives is open and effective.
- Assist residents with move-in and move-out coordination, scheduling, and execution.
- Oversee move-in and move-out inspection of apartments with residents during move-in and move outs, as assigned.
- Walk vacant apartments and the community when assigned to ensure tour path is inviting and show-ready on weekends.
- Act as resident liaison on weekends to assist with answering questions both in person and via phone, submitting service requests, scheduling appointments for residents to meet with management team during the week when needed, and assisting with scheduling maintenance appointments with residents as needed.
- Assist in preparation of notices for entry as needed.
- Respond to all resident messages received via the resident app on weekends.
- Assist with on-site resident events and initiatives as-needed.
- Proactively communicate with management team any time sensitive or urgent resident issues, concerns, or emergencies.
- Monitor and assist with amenity reservations as needed.
- Accept small balance payments from residents as needed.
- Provide general resident services such as carrying items to suite, calling taxis, scheduling reservations, coordinating event tickets, etc.
- Maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in regard to the resident information.
- Adhere to all property guidelines and standards of performance.
- Maintain work area to an appropriate level of presentation.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**:

- Completion of High School or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 years in an upscale customer service/concierge setting preferred.
- Existing knowledge of neighborhood and community preferred.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends) is required.
