Job Description: Med Spa Manager and Front Desk

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Med Spa Manager**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the med spa, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and products, and place orders as necessary.
- **Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including aestheticians, medical professionals, and administrative personnel.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all clients.
- Address client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- **Financial Management**:

- Oversee budgeting, billing, and financial reporting.
- Manage payroll and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure financial health of the spa.
- **Marketing and Sales**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Promote spa services and products through various channels, including social media, events, and partnerships.
- Track sales performance and set targets for the team.

**Front Desk Coordinator**:

- **Client Reception**:

- Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal use of spa resources and time slots.
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk and reception area.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle client check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and providing receipts.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.
- Relay important information to clients regarding treatments, procedures, and policies.
- Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure clients receive appropriate care.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist with product recommendations and sales.
- Promote special offers and membership programs to clients.
- Handle product inventory and restock as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a spa, medical office, or similar setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, skincare products, and medical aesthetics is a plus.
- Ability to handle financial responsibilities and maintain accurate records.

Pay: $16.86-$20.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
