**RESPONSABILITÉS**
**1.Service à la clientèle**
- Répondre aux demandes et aux questions des clients.
- Accepter et traiter toutes les commandes reçues par téléphone et par courrier.
- Fournir une assistance technique et de sélection de produits aux clients pour toutes les demandes autres que les projets d'ingénierie.
**2.Ventes**
- Envoyer et archiver les factures.
- Traiter les articles retournés.
- Suggérer de nouveaux articles en stock.
- Faire des références croisées entre les numéros de pièces de la concurrence et les produits Wainbee appropriés.
- Recevoir et vérifier les produits pour le ramassage par le client ou l'inventaire.
- Préparer, emballer et expédier les commandes à partir du stock.
**3.Partenariat**
- Aider les représentants des ventes externes à élaborer et à maintenir des initiatives de marketing spéciales, telles que l'accent mis sur des produits spécifiques et le télémarketing.
- Informer le directeur régional de la nécessité de réparer ou d'améliorer les installations de la succursale.
**EXIGENCES**:
- **1. Formation/ Expérience**_
- Certificat ou diplôme d'études collégiales (options techniques préférées)
- Connaissance de Microsoft 365
- 0 à 3 ans de ventes internes techniques
- Aptitude mécanique déterminée par un test standard

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1.Customer service**
- Respond to customers request and questions.
- Accept and process all orders received by telephone and mail.
- Provide technical and product selection assistance to customers for all requests - other than engineered projects.
**2.Sales**
- Send and archive invoices.
- Process returning items.
- Suggest new stock items.
- Cross reference from competitive part numbers to appropriate Wainbee products
- Receive and check products for customer pick-up or inventory.
- Pick, package, and ship orders from stock.
**3.Partnership**
- Assist outside sales representatives in developing and maintaining special marketing initiatives such as specific product emphases and telemarketing.
- Advise Regional Manager of need for repairs/improvements to branch facility.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- **1. Educational/ Experience**_
- College certificate or diploma (technical options preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- 0 to 3 years of Technical Inside Sales
- Mechanical aptitude determined using standard test
2. _**Educational/ Experience Considered an Asset**_
- Bilingual (French and English)
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
