**What you’ll do
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors at the front desk, answer their inquiries and provide general information
- Handle shipments and custom documentations
- Prepare and book travel arrangements (flights, hotel, restaurants etc.)
- Assist with all travel documentations (visas, immigration, work permit, invitation letter etc.)
- Organize and coordinate office-related event
- Coordinate documents signature with Adobe Acrobat
- Support the accounting department in the preparation of purchase orders, deposits
- Complete and review all expense claims
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow
- Assist with the recruitment process (job postings)
- Support HR in onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee events
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Manage and support all electronics-related devices and services (mobile phone, printer, telephone etc.)
- Responsible for office supplies (stationery, coffee, milk, etc.)
- Assist in the overall interface of the office (furniture, workspace arrangement etc.)
- Handle office emergencies (power outages, internet disruption etc.)

**Desired Experience**:

- 5+ years of previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines is crucial
- The ability to think on your feet and find solutions is valuable
- The ability to adapt to changes in tasks, priorities, and procedures is important
