The position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga, Ontario office with the opportunity to work 3 days remotely per week.
Position Summary:
- Manages transactions and operations on strategic accounts; from quote-to-order to escalations.
- Responsible for supporting vendor and customer needs.
- Develops and validates BOM configurations using HPE tools and processes.
- Solutions delivery and product recommendation on HPE solutions.
- Provides technical training and coaching to internal HPE teams.
- Understand market and customer needs. Deeply involved in customer projects and pipeline management.
- Communicate Ingram Micro value propositions and HPE values.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree, college diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of functional experience.
- Technical experience in HPE is required.
- Experience with MS Office suite is required.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
