**Sales Support Administrator**

**Join a terrific team as Sales Support Administrator**

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this is an opportunity to provide support to a terrific sales team, be involved in project development, collaborate with marketing to enhance the development of client programs, present trade shows and provide other valuable sales support requirements.
- Attend client facing meetings with Manager to record actions and support management with next steps
- Prepare excel data sheets re product development steps and timelines
- In conjunction with others, enhance and develop streamlined processes
- Create educational tools for internal staff to understand all programs
- Learn and develop skills for product offerings meeting client ideas, price targets, material integrity, engineering, design intent
- Update Program pricing as required along with other administrative support
- Assist with organization of trade shows
- Prepare sales reports for each brand as required, producing quarterly reports for various product streams, projects and target projections
- Facilitate order processing and internal communications
- Provide sales team with project and vendor research, providing reps with marketing materials, facilitate mail outs and communications to the sales network
- Develop in depth knowledge of Configur8tor (C8) software, manage program templates and flag issues to QMS

**If you have experience doing all this, and bring the following...**
- 1 - 2 years of prior sales administration support, as a strong team player
- Completion of College or University courses supporting business administration
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of sales management and order processing software systems
- Excellent customer facing skills and communication
- An collaborative approach to supporting when and where needed
