HR Administrator

As an HR, You will be developing, planning and executing of strategic HR initiatives, supporting the alignment of human capital to business objectives, leading the recruitment of manufacturing and management talent, supporting employee performance and development, compensation and benefits administration, employee onboarding programs and employee relations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct all full-cycle recruitment activities; sourcing, prescreening, leading the interview process & feedback sessions, facilitating all offers, setting up assessments.
- Establish recruitment & pipelining strategies, and implement TA process/compliance while supporting the Hiring Manager and business needs.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Attend and coordinate participation in job fairs and university recruitment events.
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Develop and lead talent management initiatives, including but not limited to, full-cycle recruitment, employee development and succession planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualification & Requirements:
University/College Diploma in Human Resources or related Business Field.
Strong working knowledge of ATS.
Excellent communication both oral and written.
Solid organizational skills.
Intermediate to advanced MS Office capabilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to deal with multiple tasks, prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
The leadership of small projects with accountability for results and timelines.
