**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Work with the research team and act as the lead in qualitative
- Collaborate with hospital researchers, clinician-scientists, and leadership to develop novel research ideas and turn those ideas into well-designed research projects.
- Lead and oversee the execution of the qualitative aspects of our projects, from study design to analysis to dissemination.
- Mobilize our discoveries and innovations through both traditional (e.g., peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations) and non-traditional (e.g., policy documents, community outreach) dissemination methods.
- Help build internal capacity in the methodologies in which you are an expert, through the creation/delivery of educational materials, seminars, and workshops.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have significant training and/or experience in qualitative methods, at the PhD level.
- You’re a pro in tools such as NVivo, ATLAS.ti, or Dedoose; methods such as ethnography and grounded theory; standards such as SRQR or COREQ, and general tools like Endnote and Office.
- You have at least 2 years’ experience managing multiple research projects of various scopes and sizes.
- You have experience helping others develop research ideas into real projects as well as experience developing your own lines of research.
- You like helping people learn more about the areas you’re an expert in.
- You have strong knowledge of research best practices, the Canadian healthcare system, and the healthcare funding landscape.
- You’re able to communicate your ideas to a range of audiences and integrate the feedback you receive to improve your work.
- You have a desire to positively change the way healthcare is delivered using the newest digital tools.
