**Qualifications**:

- conducting interdisciplinary research
- leading qualitative, quantitative, and/or mixed methods health services research
- health equity, social determinants of health
- applied health services delivery, health services policy
- knowledge translation and implementation science

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage collaborative research projects involving other scientists and collaborators in partnership with the of the Principal Investigator (PI)
- Manage overall data management and research oversight (organizing and safe guarding study materials)
- Lead knowledge syntheses and literature reviews
- Manage project budgets and finances
- Lead data collection through quantitative and/or qualitative methods (e.g., surveys, qualitative interviews and/or focus groups, concept mapping)
- Coordinate administrative health data analyses
- Manage Research Ethics Board submissions and renewals
- Report research findings in clear manner through oral and written materials
- Mentor and train staff and trainees
- Present research findings and lead engagement activities at local, national and international meetings
- Assist in the preparation of research proposals to be submitted to granting agencies
