We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** **to join our team**.* If you are a positive, people-oriented individual who is looking for a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for advancement then this job is the right one for you Position available in the** **Fraser Valley.*

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for supporting senior and executive leadership team with administrative tasks
- Manage daily correspondence
- Maintain written and electronic records
- Administer and assist in the management of company programs
- Support client meeting and conference needs
- Assist with company events
- Answering phones on multi-line switchboard
- General duties include: preparing documents, filing, assisting with invoices and accounting functions, data entry and additional administrative service as requested.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of administrative experience; preferably in the construction industry
- Natural organizer and able to prioritize multiple tasks;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality;
- Proficient user of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)

**Details**:

- Based in the Fraser Valley
- Valid drivers license
- Compensation commensurate on experience
