The role of Financial Administrator will support the finance and accounting function at Rainbow Greenhouses Inc. Reporting to both the Chief Financial Officer and Controller, the Financial Administrator will be responsible for bridging the financial data gaps between our legacy systems and new ERP system. This role will also be responsible for creation of KPIs, monitoring entries for accuracy, and digging into cost drivers.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Collection and consolidation of financial data from legacy systems.
- Assist with building KPI frameworks, tracking, and updating.
- Analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts by site.
- Assist Controller with journal entries and reconciliations.
- Reviewing accounts payable and journal entries for accuracy.
- Review and suggest improvements for financial policies and capturing of necessary information.
- Creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the finance department.

**Your Experience & Skills**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a financial role with a multi-department, multi-location company. Equivalent educational background will be considered.
- Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with various ERPs and accounting software (preference on Business Central).
- Willingness to dive into the weeds to compile financial data and create metrics.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data and summarize it concisely.
- Tackles any challenge by embracing technology and utilizing a continuous improvement mindset.

Rainbow Greenhouses Inc. is a family-owned business since 1985 with 2 locations in BC and 1 in Alberta.
