We’re looking for our first People & Culture Manager Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll contribute your strategic insight, instincts, strong communication skills and coaching talent to our mission to build the best and most engaged team in our industry.

In addition to having an eye for talent, you are analytical and data-obsessed and seek to automate and optimize all areas of HR management. You attract, hire, and develop a diverse community of talent by designing and delivering innovative work integrated learning programs to accelerate long-term career impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be Our Chief Values Champion, you live and breathe our values
- Champion talent strategies that enable desired business performance
- Support the achievement of business strategies by providing proactive insight based on people and organizational strengths and constraints
- Be responsible for bringing forward creative insights and recommendations to solve problems and remove constraints as it relates to people practices for the business
- Design and facilitate focus groups/one-on-one interviews to acquire employee and leader input and feedback.
- Best practices in all areas relating to job descriptions, postings, recruitment, onboarding, market trends, professional networking, talent pipeline and social media platforms
- Measure, track and automate the impact of all talent initiatives to ensure desired business outcome
- Identify key people trends and insights by leveraging HR data; develop and recommend people solutions for any issues identified
- Lead the implementation of new talent programs to ensure program effectiveness and relevancy to the business
- Work collaboratively across the organization to enhance and continuously improve the support provided to the business
- Build strong relationships with key business leaders to deeply understand business requirements and align all talent initiatives accordingly
- Supervise and coordinate payroll function with accounting team

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Masters level degree, in HR with elements of research methods or statistics
- Supplementary education/ designations in: Project Management, Market Research, HR Program Design an asset
