**The Opportunity**

The Director of Strategic Planning and Insights will research, compile, and present Introhive’s multi-year strategic plan and path to $100M. Partnering with the executive leadership team and growth equity investors, the director will articulate the financial organic growth plan, perform in-depth competitor and partner analyses, and lead any critical pre-diligence projects with a set project plan and frameworks (incorporating all executive team’s insights). This role is pivotal in supporting Introhive's multi-year growth with proactive research, discipline, and market-supported insights.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead market analysis to assess overall market potential and identify growth opportunities.
- Structure a $100M model with integrated inputs from TAM/SAM analysis and financial models.
- Establish and manage a multi-year strategic planning framework linked to financial budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop an organization-wide business casing and business analysis framework for financial ROI analysis on new initiatives.
- Partner with the PMO team to enhance strategic planning skills and processes.
- Provide M&A pre-diligence insights and support integration for value creation post-acquisition.
- Partner with growth equity investors to focus on strategic priorities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market scanning to inform strategic decisions.
- Gather and update information on key partners, especially Microsoft and Salesforce.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent knowledge of finances, including accounting principles and practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects or assignments at one time and ability to multitask
- Thorough research and problem-solving skills
- Expert at meeting deadlines while maintaining compliance and regulatory standards
- Capable of providing a balanced and common-sense approach to routine and complex issues
- Excel at working well while under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (BCom), Engineering (BEng), or a related field preferred.
