**Ce que vous ferez**:
Le ou la Chef(fe) des ventes par canaux est un rôle stratégique de leadership chargé de définir et d’exécuter la stratégie mondiale des ventes indirectes de Toon Boom. Cette personne supervisera la performance et la croissance des partenariats de distribution, dirigera une équipe de Directeurs des Ventes Indirectes, et collaborera avec les autres départements pour renforcer l’engagement des partenaires et augmenter les revenus. Ce poste requiert un leader visionnaire avec une expérience avérée dans la gestion de programmes indirects performants, la création d’écosystèmes de partenaires solides et le développement des revenus via des ventes indirectes.
**Responsabilités principales**
**Leadership stratégique**
- Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie mondiale de ventes indirectes alignée sur les objectifs globaux de Toon Boom.
- Diriger, encadrer et gérer une équipe de Directeurs des Ventes Indirectes, en garantissant l’atteinte des objectifs régionaux ou spécifiques aux canaux.
- Identifier les opportunités d’expansion au sein de l’écosystème des partenaires et concevoir des stratégies pour pénétrer de nouveaux marchés.
**Gestion des Partenariats**
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les partenaires, en veillant à une parfaite coordination sur les objectifs et initiatives.
- Concevoir et superviser des programmes d’accompagnement pour maximiser l’engagement, les compétences et la réussite des partenaires.
- Négocier les accords de partenariat en assurant des résultats mutuellement bénéfiques et une collaboration durable.
**Croissance des Revenus**
- Stimuler la croissance des revenus via les ventes indirectes en optimisant la performance des canaux.
- Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs) des ventes indirectes et surveiller continuellement les résultats.
- Collaborer étroitement avec le marketing et d’autres parties prenantes pour créer des campagnes, outils et ressources adaptés aux canaux.
**Collaboration Transversale**
- Travailler en partenariat avec les équipes internes, telles que Produit, Marketing et Service Client, pour garantir une expérience fluide pour les partenaires et les clients.
- Fournir des retours des partenaires à l’équipe Produit afin d’influencer les feuilles de route et mises à jour des produits.
- Collaborer avec les équipes financières et juridiques pour gérer les contrats de partenariat et garantir la conformité.
**Développement d’Équipe**
- Promouvoir une culture de collaboration, d’innovation et de responsabilité au sein de l’équipe des ventes indirectes.
- Offrir du coaching, des formations et des opportunités de développement professionnel aux membres de l’équipe.
**Ce dont vous aurez besoin**:
- Vous possédez plus de 10 ans d’expérience en ventes, dont au moins 5 ans dans des rôles de leadership en ventes indirectes.
- Vous détenez un baccalauréat en affaires, marketing ou un domaine connexe; un MBA ou une expérience équivalente est un atout.
- Vous avez fait vos preuves dans la gestion de programmes mondiaux de ventes indirectes et dans l’atteinte ou le dépassement constant des objectifs de revenus.
- Vous avez une expérience dans les industries du logiciel ou de l’animation, ce qui constitue un avantage
