**About You**

You are highly motivated and bring a vast training and development background, that will ensure superior workforce preparation, specifically with our driving force employees. You will have experience creating training material in multiple mediums: video, print, classroom, online, and on the road. As Training and Development, you will ensure the safety aspect of employee roles is embedded and integral in the training curriculum.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Conduct needs analysis to determine training needs across the organization.

Ø Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives, which will include:
Ø Onboarding/Offboarding

Ø New Driver Training

Ø Equipment Training (Tablet & POS)

Ø Customer Training Protocols (i.e.: Hallcon)

Ø DDC Scheduling (potentially conducting training as well)

Ø Conduct training sessions in person, virtually or through e-learning platforms.

Ø Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.

Ø Develop and maintain training records and documentation.

Ø Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Ø Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to training.

Ø Continuously improve the effectiveness of the training programs based on feedback and evaluation results.

**Qualifications**:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

Ø Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a similar role.

Ø Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Ø Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ø Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ø Ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Ø Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and other digital training tools.

**Work Conditions/hours of work**:
Ø Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Corporate Training: 4 years (preferred)
- e-platform training: 2 years (preferred)
- transportation industry: 1 year (preferred)
