**Job Type**: Full Time, Temporary

**Your Opportunity**:
**Your Key Accountabilities**:

- Actively supports community engagement while promoting equitable, diverse, and inclusive innovation, and contributes to Edmonton Unlimited’s ongoing pursuit of Reconciliation.
- Facilitates engaging workshops and support cohorts, ensuring that Edmonton Unlimited’s curriculum is delivered professionally and effectively, meeting the desired learning objectives.
- Regularly collects feedback on program member experience and provides actionable recommendations that support program improvements.
- Provides program reporting as required.
- Connects with partner organizations and diverse communities to share best practices through the lens of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Meets with participating founders to discuss the progress of their business goals and holds members accountable to their milestones.
- Maintains up-to-date details about participant progress within our CRM.
- Provides coaching and directs entrepreneurs to additional mentorship and resource opportunities where needed.
- Facilitates peer-to-peer coaching sessions among program members.
- Coordinates schedule with the Head of Startup, to deliver programs.
- Meets with community members interested in Innovate Edmonton programs.
- Actively participates at weekly team meetings and supports Edmonton Unlimited events, when applicable.

**Your Credentials**:

- Post-secondary education in Business and/or Entrepreneurship (degree, diploma, certificate) or related field (related experience or education may be considered an equivalency on a one-for-one basis).
- Experience with leading group activities and communicating to engage participants.
- Experience working as an entrepreneur or in an entrepreneurial environment an asset.
- Experience with Leanstack or other entrepreneurship training programs an asset.
- Excels in a start-up environment with flat organizational structure and strong interdepartmental collaboration.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and very confident with public speaking.
- Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required.
