Today, Intellijoint technology lives in the operating room helping surgeons improve implant positioning during hip and knee replacement surgeries. Our technology has been used in over 45,000 surgeries - helping us to gain real-world feedback from patients and surgeons to improve our products. We are seeking a **Salesforce Administrator **to join our team in forming the foundation of our Salesforce support function, helping to bring innovative technologies to the market. We are a growing organization that is expanding our Customer Experience team.

The Position*
The **Salesforce Administrator **role is to form the foundation of our Salesforce support function. As the first hire of this type, this role will have the opportunity to forge the tools and procedures of the role. They will work closely with various internal and external clients to implement long-term solutions to common and unique issues. The role will be involved in creating efficiencies through analysis and documentation and play a pivotal role in Intellijoint’s Customer Experience team. This role will interact with the key stakeholders across all other department to help identify and address the needs from small Salesforce issues through to large scale projects and systems implementation.
As a **_snapshot, _**we are looking for someone who:

- Works with a sense of urgency to support the needs of Intellijoint Sales Reps, as it relates to Salesforce
- Has attention to detail to maintain accurate records
- Adept in Salesforce with the technical skills to enhance the Customer Experience team
- Has a continuous improvement mentality to understand the needs of internal stakeholders and deliver on both support of existing and implementation of new tools

Main Duties:*
- Support the day-to-day needs of Intellijoint Sales Reps and solve any technical or troubleshooting issues that arise around Salesforce activities: Quotation, PO, billing, contracts, vendor qualification etc.
- Participate as part of the onboarding experience for new Sales Reps as the Salesforce technical resource/administrator
- Work in collaboration with internal and external Salesforce Developers and consultants
- Document/Map and assess the current Salesforce activities at Intellijoint and make recommendations to improve existing systems, policies and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to map processes and create streamlining opportunities that support and improve our Customer Experience
- Understand the needs of internal stakeholders, i.e. R&D, QA/RA, Operations and Finance, to support existing and implement new electronic system solutions, software tools (salesforce) and reporting dashboards
- Assist the Financial Planning & Analysis and Sales Management functions to run Objective Accomplishment reports and ensure compliance with team targets and KPIs
- Ensure good data hygiene in Salesforce records and management
- Manage licenses for Salesforce
- Provide testing support for any changes or implementations involving Salesforce

Skills and Experience to Enable Success:*
- Degree or Diploma in Business or equivalent experience is required
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience configuring and administering Salesforce is required
- Work well under general direction and in alignment with business objectives and company philosophy
- An independent worker that consults others as required on matters with broad implication
- Manages their time well to organize, plan and prioritize competing needs and issues
- Start-up mentality and strong team player
- An effective communicator (both written and verbal) to various audiences internal and external to the organization
- Understands the impact of their role as it relates to the larger business objectives of the organization
