Communitech is a hybrid organization headquartered in downtown Kitchener, Ontario. In-person connection is important to us, so we get together regularly for special events, collaboration days and team socials, and we ask our team members to work onsite from our Kitchener facility for a minimum of 2 days/week. We are a flexible, people first environment and want to allow our people to make decisions and choices about where they work to support work life balance within clear guidelines.

**Marketing Coordinator**

We’re currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator with outstanding organizational skills to join our team.

**What You’ll be Doing**Assist the Marketing Manager in the planning, scheduling and implementation of a wide range of strategic marketing initiatives- Lead marketing, business development and communications weekly status meeting- Manage overall resourcing within the Marketing team to ensure the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time- Lead the preparation of project/process documentation, schedules and status reports, as well as providing project administrative support as required.- Attend marketing or client-focused meetings and webinars regularly to stay current on marketing trends and client competition- Work with directors to review and refine existing processes for intake, scheduling and output across Marketing/Communications/Events. Also establish and implement new processes as required

**What You’ll Bring**- You have 1-2 years experience in a marketing or project management type role- You are a critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies- You have knowledge of the Google Suite, CMS, SalesForce, ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics, and Canva (is considered an asset)- You have the ability to meet deadlines and keep projects on task- You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to clearly and consistently communicate across the organization- You are a self-starter, someone who can run with direction and achieve key results- You are detail-oriented with a knack for keeping things organized and have a meticulous attention to detail- You thrive as a multi-tasker and have the ability to identify what needs to be done to ensure a successful event- You have solid time management skills and can effectively manage shifting priorities
- You are values-driven, enthusiastic and looking for a role with purpose in Canada’s fastest-growing tech ecosystem
