Reception/administrative Assistant

We are looking to add to our team a Admin/Marketing Assistant. Experience is not necessary, but will be an asset.
Tasks include the following:
- Answer phones and relay messages
- Book in clients and organize daily calendar
- Have clear and direct communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and multitask effectively
- Social media marketing
- Collecting, organizing and editing digital imagery
- Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From $17.75 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Mission, BC V2V 3X8 (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Mission, BC V2V 3X8: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
