_**We are seeking a Junior Property Management Assistant for our Luxury & Furnished Residences in the Vancouver Area**_

Rent it Furnished is actively looking for a Property Assistant to support our licensed Property Managers and a growing portfolio of luxury furnished and unfurnished residential rental properties in Vancouver. Rent it Furnished Realty is an established Property Management Company with over 4500 luxury rental properties in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal and New York City.

This role will function primarily in a team environment with our licensed Property Managers by providing support at our properties under the supervision of a licensee. Although the role is primarily Monday through Friday during office hours, some evening or weekend work may be required to accommodate move in/outs during busy times.

**This role is a great opportunity for a Junior Property Manager to get hands on experience working with a great team, beautiful properties and learn on the job skills.**

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
