Rental Property Manager

Vancouver, Canada Noble & Associates Property Management Full time

Duties:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple rental properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and supervising contractors
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenants, ensuring terms are favorable for the company
- Provide excellent customer service to property owner and/or tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular or move-in/out inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints, resolving conflicts and maintaining positive relationships
- Perform data entry tasks related to property management, including updating tenant information
- Maintain organized office files and records related to property management activities
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track tenant interactions and maintain accurate records
**Requirements**:

- Licensed as Property Manager under BCFSA
- Fluent English and Cantonese communication is mandatory and Proficient in Mandarin speaking is recommended but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in property management or a related field for at least 2 years
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively handle lease agreements and vendor contracts
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with tenants and contractors
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills for managing property-related information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and best practices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and files

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
