**The Opportunity**

This position is the first point of contact for visitors to the corporate office and is therefore responsible for providing and maintaining a professional image and a high level of service for AgeCare. Under the direction of the Manager, Administrative Services, this position provides administrative support including clerical and reception duties for the efficient operation of AgeCare. This position plays a key role to continually provide an environment promoting a culture of client safety and supporting an accident-free workplace.

This is not a hybrid position.

**What You Will Do**
- Answers telephone calls and greets visitors. Responds to routine inquiries in person and by phone, relaying calls, and messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Greets visitors and directs them as appropriate.
- Receives incoming mail, coordinates distribution and processes outgoing mail.

**What You Bring**
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset (i.e. Medical/Office Assistant).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- General knowledge of office procedures.
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Pleasant telephone manner with strong customer service skills.
- Has demonstrated multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
- Must have a vehicle
