A large and complex organization, eHealth is comprised of 30+ clinical and non-clinical program (service) areas that all work together to support health care providers and teams across the province in delivering the best possible care to patients, providers, citizens, and health system users. Programs range from primary care to acute care, and includes laboratories, pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. Additional programs that also support patient care and information, include Virtual Care, the MySaskHealthRecord, and the Provincial Electronic Health Record. eHealth is also responsible for the administration of various pieces of legislation to manage the registration of/changes to all vital event records (e.g. birth, marriage, death, etc.), registration of legal name changes, registration of adoptions, and for maintaining the provincial health registry for health services eligibility and distribution of health services cards.

The eHealth teams engage directly with health system partners and other stakeholders both provincially and federally to ensure all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

**Manager, Corporate Planning & Performance**

Reporting directly to the Director Strategic Planning and Corporate Governance, the Manager, Corporate Planning & Performance is responsible for leading the organizational strategic planning and performance reporting. This position will be responsible for the creation of the organizational multiyear strategic plan and annual performance plan. This will require integration with resource allocation and budget planning to ensure successful implementation of the organizational plans. This position will support Executive and Board planning discussions and participate in budgeting discussions.

This position also drives performance through the development, monitoring and reporting of metrics and key performance indicators to the Executive, Board of Directors and Ministry of Health.

**Required Education and Experience**

**Required abilities**
- Experience in strategic and operational planning aligning to outcome development, strategy execution, accountability, and performance analysis/management.
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning, performance measurement and evaluation methodologies including logic model, performance measurement framework and evaluation matrix development.
- Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in order to ensure effective measurement relating to the administration of programs, services and processes.
- Excellent business communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to effectively present recommendations and influence senior level stakeholders.
- Strong planning, conceptual, analytical, research and project management skills.
- A strong understanding of budgets and business case financials.
- Able to navigate and build strong relationships in a large, complex multi-enterprise environment that includes customers with challenging and/or competing needs.
- A strong leader who empowers those around them to excel, with demonstrated abilities to capture strategic needs and suitably influence across the service landscape.
- Ability to integrate objectives, industry trends, technology impacts, product benefits, stakeholder perception, and technology issues to provide leadership on establishing strategic long term direction.
- A team player with strong initiative who can establish personal goals and take responsibility for meeting them within defined timelines.
- A conceptual thinker with excellent communication, facilitation, leadership and consulting skills.
- Customer service driven, within a shared services environment.
