**Department Overview**
- Infrastructure Delivery & Enablement (IDE) within Infrastructure Technology Solutions (ITS), is accountable to manage the infrastructure components of business technology initiatives through the various phases of the project/software lifecycle, including managing the deployment of changes into production while minimizing risk to existing services.

**Job Details**
- The Project Control Officer provides delivery support to Core/Credit and Business Banking Platforms:

- Monitor and perform administration for projects, and coordinate management reporting
- Ensure that project/program information is current and accurate, including project reporting dashboards using project tools such as Clarity, JIRA, Confluence
- Ensure compliance with Change Delivery project management methodologies, processes, and artifacts
- Prepare project dashboards for various Executive project meetings and committees
- Provide support in project financials, including monthly review of project charges, variance analysis, updating forecasts, reporting at project/program level
- Utilize Clarity, JIRA and Confluence to develop and maintain RAID logs, track timelines and project documentation
- Prepare documents for various recurring meetings including minutes, action items etc.

**Job Requirements**
- Provide support to the Project Delivery Senior Manager and Project Delivery Leads (PDL)/ITS Scrum Masters
- Manage a portfolio of over 40 projects and EPICs
- Assisting PDLs/Scrum Masters in ensuring project governance and compliance are adhered to
- Ensuring quality submissions of project artifacts such as accuracy and correctness, timely uploads to the document repository
- Spearheading the weekly technology solutions project heat map reporting, gathering, synthesizing data sets, providing quality control, accuracy across programs, projects, highlighting key issues and risks
- Preparing weekly financial reporting and follow-up on financial discrepancies
- Tracking actuals versus forecast and validate projects costs.
- Hosting weekly status meetings to review and analyze variances, report information, and validate overall projects forecasts
- Supporting senior management during the weekly project health reporting across a broad range of projects
- Coordinating on-boarding, off-boarding and special requests
- Training and supporting all new hires on-boarding the Project Delivery team (internal tools, review processes and procedures, timesheets, equipment setup, contact information)
- Actively participate in various Committees to conduct analysis of current and future-state internal processes
- Intake gate keeper for all new project initiation request.
