**Office Administrator**

The focus of the job will be to help the accounting department with data entry & the customer service & quotations teams with secondary support.

**Job Position**
- Quotations - Providing Customer quotations upon request.
- Social media marketing.
- Sales - as required.
- Process customer orders and providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare customer invoices, credit, and debit notes.
- Assist in bank reconciliation.
- Inventory Management.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic Accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Detail-oriented, hard-working, friendly, and supportive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and takes ownership and accountability for work performed.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Ability to enter data accurately and timely.
- Willing to learn and quick learner.
- Read, write, and speak English fluent.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
